II Corintios 10:3-6

LAS FRENTES DE LA BATALLA (Hay dos frentes de batalla para cada cristiano)

A. LA PROBLEMAS QUE NOSOTROS MISMOS CAUSAMOS

Estás problemas nos vienen por nuestra propia negligencia o indiferencia (no pagar sus cuentas; no tomando cuidado de su salud; no hacer mantenimiento en nuestro auto o casa).

B. PROBLEMAS Y BATALLAS QUE SON CAUSADOS POR SATANAS

El diablo usara cualquier cosa o persona que él pueda para hacernos batalla.Usará gente, tal como familiares, amigos, vecinos, compañeros de trabajo y aun extraños. Usara cosas. Como un trabajo, carro, aparatos mecánicos, el tiempo, música, libros, Televisión, etc.

Aunque Satanás usa cosas y gente, nuestro enemigo no es una persona específica o la cosas que se está usando. Nuestro enemigo es el diablo.

C. ¡El diablo es un enemigo ya derrotado! Jesús lo derrotó en la cruz. Pero nosotros necesitamos que apropiar los trabajos del Calvario en nuestras vidas diarias. Si podemos dominar la carne y sus deseos. ¡Podremos conquistar al diablo fácil! ¡Él sabe que no puede competir con el santo de Dios quien ha conquistado su propia vida y conoce a su Dios! Jesús dijo en San Lucas 10:19 “He aquí os doy potestad ({exousia} autoridad)… sobre toda fuerza ({dunamis} capacidad milagrosa) del enemigo…”

1. Efesios 6:11: “Vestíos de toda la armadura de Dios, para que podáis estar firmes contra las asechanzas del diablo.”

2. ASECHANZAS: (Méthodes) Significa los medios, los varios medios, planes y esquemas usado por el diablo.

3. LUCHA (pale): Significa golpear, empujón, tirar con violencia e intensidad. Se refiere a la guerra en general entre los santos y espíritus malos que nos quieren destruir.

4. Así, vemos que nuestra batalla no es con carne y sangre (personas o cosas) pero una batalla espiritual con el enemigo de nuestras almas.

CUATRO TÉRMINOS PARA DESCRIBIR LOS ESPÍRITUS CON LOS QUE LUCHAMOS

“Porque no tenemos lucha contra sangre y carne, sino contra principados, contra potestades, contra los gobernadores de las tinieblas de este siglo, contra huestes espirituales de maldad en las regiones celestes” (Efesios 6:12)

A. Pablo usa cuatro palabras descriptivas para hacernos comprender exactamente con qué y con quién estamos peleando. Hay cuatro niveles:

1. PRINCIPADOS

Estos son los gobernantes principales o seres del nivel más alto y orden en el reino satánico. Cada nación tiene un principado sobre ella.

2. POTESTADES

Estos son esos que derivan su poder de, y quien ejecuta la voluntad de los gobernantes principales (principados). Influencias sobrenaturales en el gobierno.

3. LOS GOBERNADORES DE LAS TINIEBLAS

Estos son los gobernantes en el mundo espiritual, o señores de la edad. Tal como la lascivia, depresión, miedo, perversión, etc. Estas pueden plagar a una persona personalmente (Efesios 2:2).

4. HUESTES ESPIRITUALES

Estos son los espíritus malos enviados por Satanás.

B. El diablo es, según Efesios 2:2: “…príncipe de la potestad del aire…”

C. En Apocalipsis 2:12-13: “… dónde está el trono de Satanás… donde mora Satanás”, esto nos revela que la influencia satánica y control solo reside donde los hombres le han dado su voluntad y autoridad. Satanás no se deshizo del orden angélico de autoridad, pero lo guardo y lo usa donde los hombres le dan control. En esta manera ha ganado alguna medida de control de muchos gobiernos y sistemas mundiales. Recuerde esto, el dominio del enemigo es solo territorial. ¡No es el gobernador y controlador del mundo! La Biblia dice en Salmos 24:1: “De Jehová es la tierra y su plenitud; El mundo…”

LAS LIMITACIONES DE SATANÁS

Satanás tiene muchas limitaciones. No es tan poderoso como muchos lo proclaman que es. El no es quien muchos piensan él es.

A. EL NO ESTA IGUAL CON DIOS

El fue lanzado del cielo por declararse igual con Dios. Fue el pecado original en el cielo. Lucifer se atrevió exaltarse para ser como Dios cuando él claramente no lo era.

B. ES UN ÁNGEL CAÍDO

Está sujeto a las limitaciones de un ángel. Es equivalente a un ángel. 

C.  NO ES OMNIPOTENTE (Todo poderoso)

Solo Dios tiene todo el poder. El poder de Satanás está limitado por lo que Dios le permite hacer en la tierra. Él no puede hacer más ni menos (I Juan 4:4).

D. NO ES OMNISCIENTE (Todo lo sabe)

Aunque él no tiene el poder de Dios de  “saber todo,” si tiene más conocimiento que los humano. El ha estado estudiando lo hábitos de lo humanos por más de 6,000 años. Él está más consciente del fin del tiempo que nosotros. Él sabe que su tiempo es corto.

E. NO ES OMNIPRESENTE (Está en todos lugares a la misma vez)

Dios llena el universo. Satanás está limitado a un lugar a la vez, porque es un ángel caído. Él pude  ir de un lugar a otro rápidamente como un ángel, pero no puede estar en dos lugares a la misma vez. Aquí es donde entra en juego el comando satánico. Él manda sus espíritus que vayan de aquí para allá para que hagan su voluntad.

F. EL NO CONOCE SUS PENSAMIENTOS NI PUEDE LEER SU MENTE

Usted puede orar en su mente (silenciosamente), o en El Espíritu (en lenguas), y él no puede saber lo que usted le está pidiendo a Dios o reprendiendo en su mente.

Él ni sabe si las tentaciones que pone en su mente están teniendo efecto a menos que usted los manifiesta exteriormente o medite en ellos. Cuando es tentado, comience a pensar buenos pensamientos, ore o alabe y adore a Dios etc. Los pensamientos malos huirán y la estrategia de Satanás es derrotada.

NO SOMOS IGNORANTE DE SUS MAQUINACIONES (II Corintios 2:11)

A. Satanás es un mentiroso y el padre de todo lo mentirosos. Toda mentira viene de él. Su mentira más grande es que él tiene poder sobre su vida, su familia, su trabajo, etc. ¡Esto no es verdad! Cuando entendemos sus mentiras, llegamos a ser más poderosos en nuestra lucha contra la maldad.

B. Él no puede tomar una ventaja sobre nosotros si conocemos sus trucos. ¿Cómo llegamos a conocer sus trucos? Leer en las Escrituras donde el  trato de tropezar a otros hombres y mujeres de Dios. Él todavía usa las mismas tácticas hoy.

LAS ARMAS DE NUESTRA MILICIA (II Corintios 10: 3-4)

¿Qué armas de guerra están a la disposición del Hijo de Dios?

A. EL NOMBRE DE JESUS

A la mención del nombre de Jesús el diablo tiembla. Tenemos poder de abogado. Se nos ha dado el derecho de usar Su nombre porque somos sus hijos y hemos sido bautizados en Su nombre (Hechos 2:38; Marcos 16:17, Lucas 10:17).

B. SU PODER (El Espíritu Santo) Y SU AUTORIDAD EN NOSOTROS

Lucas 10:19: “… He aquí os doy potestad (exousia/autoridad)…sobre toda fuerza (dunamis/capacidad milagrosa) del enemigo…” La palabra “poder” viene de la palabra griega “dunamis” (Hechos 1:8). De esta palabra griega se derribe la palabra “dinamita”.  Mateo 10:1: “Entonces llamando a sus doce discípulos, les dio autoridad sobre los espíritus inmundos, para que los echasen fuera, y para sanar toda enfermedad y toda dolencia.”

C. ORACIÓN Y AYUNO (Mateo 17:21)

Donde hay mucha oración y ayuno, hay mucho poder; donde hay poca oración y ayuno hay poco poder; donde no hay oración y ayuno no hay nada de poder. El diablo no puede contra un Hijo de Dios que ora y ayuna.

SOMOS PARTE DE UNA IGLESIA PODEROSA (II Corintios 10:4-6)

A. DESTRUCCIÓN DE FORTALEZAS

Le hacemos frente a las filosofías del día que compite por una fortaleza en sociedad. Esto incluye tales cosas como el Humanismo, la evolución, el aborto, la Edad Nueva, sistemas de valores inmorales, etc. Le hacemos frente a los dogmas y tradiciones de religiones de hombres

Le hacemos frente a pensamientos y actitudes de personas Ateas que piensan cambiar las leyes de nuestra nación a leyes y normas ante-Dios.

B. DERRIBANDO ARGUMENTOS

Desafiamos y tenemos la intención de destruir, mediante la oración, toda teoría, razonamiento, religión, mitología, metafísica, doctrinas sublimes, o la filosofía expuesta para dividir o desafiar el conocimiento de Dios.  

C. LLEVANDO CAUTIVO

Tomamos preso cada pensamiento y los llevamos en cautividad a obedecer a Cristo. Pensamientos lascivos, vanos y malos de todo tipo, son derribados y hechos obedientes a la ley de Dios. Que incluyen todo pensamiento que esta contrario a la virtud, pureza y rectitud.

D. TENIENDO UNA PRONTITUD

Estamos listos a todo tiempo para purgar a cualquier cosa oponiéndose a la Palabra de Dios.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

II Corinthians 10:3-6

BATTLE FRONTS (There are two battle-fronts for every Christian)

A. Self-inflicted or self perpetuated problems.

     These problems are brought on by our own negligence or indifference (i.e.-not paying your bills; not taking care of your health; not doing proper maintenance on your auto or home.)

B. Satanic-inflicted or satanic- perpetuated problems and battles.

     The devil will use anything or anyone he can to do spiritual battle with you. He will use people, such as family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, even strangers. He will use things, such as a job, car, mechanical devices, weather, music, books, TV, etc.

     Though Satan uses people and things our enemy is not the specific person or the things being used, the enemy is the devil.

C. The devil is already a defeated foe! Jesus took care of him for us. But we do need to appropriate the works of Calvary in our daily lives. If we can ever master the flesh and its desires, the conquest of the devil is a snap! He is, and knows that he is, no match for the saint of God who has conquered their self-life and knows their God! Jesus said in Luke 10:19 "…..Behold, I give you power (exousia/authority)……over all power (dunamis/miraculous ability) of the enemy……"

1. Ephesians 6:11: “Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil”.

2. Wiles - Methodius (Greek) Meaning methods, the various means, plans and schemes used by the devil.

3. Wrestle - pale (Greek) meaning to strike, thrust, throw with violence and intensity. It refers to the warfare in general between the saints and evil spirits out to destroy us.

4. So, we see that our battle is not with flesh and blood (persons or things) but a spiritual battle with the enemy of our soul.

FOUR TERMS TO DESCRIBE THE SPIRITS WE BATTLE (Ephesians 6:12) 

A. Paul uses four descriptive words to make us understand exactly what and who we are fighting with. As you can see, there are four levels of spiritual warfare.

1. PRINCIPALITIES

     These are the Chief rulers or beings of the highest rank and order in the satanic kingdom. Every single nation in the world has a principality over it.

2. POWERS

     These are those who derive their power from and who execute the will of the chief rulers (principalities) Supernatural influences in government.

3. RULERS OF THE DARKNESS

     These are the spirit-world rulers, or lords of the age. Such as lust, depression, fear, perversion, etc. These may plague a person personally. (Ephesians 2:2)

4. SPIRITUAL WICKEDNESS

     These are the wicked spirits sent by Satan.

B. The devil is, according to Ephesians 2:2 "…the prince of the power of the air…”

C. In Revelation 2:12-13 "…Satan’s seat…..where Satan dwelleth…." reveals to us that satanic influence and control only resides where men have given him their will and authority to exercise. Satan did not do away with the angelic order of authority, but kept it and uses it where men give him control. In this manner he has gained some measure of control of many world systems and governments. Remember this; the enemy’s domain is only territorial. He is not the ruler and controller of the world! The Bible says in Psalms 24:1 "….The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof."

SATAN’S LIMITATIONS

Satan has many limitations. He is not as powerful as many proclaim him to be. He is not who many think he is.

A. HE IS NOT EQUAL WITH GOD

     Satan was cast out of heaven for declaring himself equal with God. It was the original sin in heaven. Lucifer dared to exalt himself to be like God when he clearly was not.

B. HE IS A FALLEN ANGEL

He is subject to the limitations of an angel. He is equivalent to an angel.

C. HE IS NOT OMNIPOTENT (all powerful)

     Only God has all power. Satan’s power is limited by what God allows him to do in the earth. He can do no more or no less (I John 4:4).

D. HE IS NOT OMNISCIENT (all knowing)

     Though he does not have the "all knowing" power of God, he does have more knowledge than mere humanity. He has been studying humanity’s habits for 6,000 years. He is more aware of the end of time than we are. He knows that his time is short.

E. HE IS NOT OMNIPRESENT (all places at once)

     God fills the universe. Because Satan is a fallen angel he is limited to one place at a time. He can go from place to place as swiftly as an angel, but he cannot be in two places at once. This is where satanic command comes into play. He orders spirits to go to and fro doing his will.

F. HE CANNOT KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS OR READ YOUR MIND

     You can pray in your mind (silently), or in the spirit (in tongues), and he cannot know what you are asking God or rebuking in your mind.

     He doesn't even know if the temptations he drops in your mind are working unless you manifest them outwardly or dwell on them. When you are tempted, start thinking good thoughts, pray, think of a worship chorus, etc. The evil thoughts will flee and Satan’s strategy is defeated.

 WE’RE NOT IGNORANT OF HIS DEVICES (II Corinthians 2:11)

A. Satan is a liar and the father of all liars. All lies come from him. His biggest lie is that he has power over you, your life, your family, your job, etc. This is not true! As we understand his lies, we become more powerful in our fight against evil.

B. He cannot get an advantage over us if we know his tricks. How do we learn his tricks? Reading in the scripture where he tried to trip up other men and women of God. He still uses the same tactics today.

THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE

What weapons of warfare are at the disposal of the child of God?

A. HIS NAME

     At the sound of the name of Jesus the devil trembles. We have power of attorney. We have been given the right to use His name because we are his children and have been baptized in His name (Mark 16:17;Luke 10:17)

B. HIS POWER (Holy Ghost) AND AUTHORITY IN US

     Luke 10:19 "…..Behold, I give you power (exousia/authority)………over ALL power (dunamis/miraculous ability) of the enemy……"

     The word “power” comes from the Greek word DUNAMIS (Acts 1:8). From that Greek word we get the word “DYNAMITE”.

     Matthew 10:1 “And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.”

C. PRAYER AND FASTING (Matthew 17:21)

     Where there is much prayer, there is much power; where there is little prayer, there is little power; where there is no prayer, there is no power at all. The devil can’t handle a child of God who prays and fasts.

D. THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB (Revelation 12:11)

YOU ARE PART OF A POWERFUL CHURCH (II Corinthians 10:4-6)

A. DESTRUCTION OF STRONGHOLDS

     We stand against the philosophies of the day which are competing for a stronghold in society. This includes such things as Humanism, evolution, abortion, New Age, immoral value systems, etc. We stand against the dogma and tradition of manmade religion.

     We stand against the thinking and attitudes of Godless people who intend to change the laws of our nation to anti-God laws and standards.

B. CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS

     We defy and intend to destroy, through prayer, all theory, reasoning, religion, mythology, metaphysics, sublime doctrines, or philosophy set forth to divide or defy the knowledge of God.

C. BRINGING INTO CAPTIVITY

     We take every thought prisoner and lead it into captivity to obey Christ. Lascivious, vain and evil thoughts of all kinds are brought down and made obedient to the law of God. This includes all thinking which is contrary to virtue, purity and righteousness.

D. HAVING A READINESS

     We stand at all times ready to purge anything opposing the Word of God.

HALLOWEEN ES UNA FIESTA PAGANA Y ANTICRISTIANA

“Por tanto, tomad toda la armadura de Dios, para que podáis resistir en el día malo…” Efesios 6:13

Hay una época del año en la que abiertamente pudiéramos hablar del “Día Malo”. Ese tiempo del año es sin lugar a dudas Halloween, que no solo es un día sino una serie de semanas.

Se presenta ante los niños y sus padres como una fiesta inocente y divertida, pero, no solo esconde un pasado y presente de suma maldad, sino que es mala hasta en su presentación (Deut. 18:9-12).  

Halloween es un acto de hechicería bien calculado, y preparado actualmente para dañar a los niños y jóvenes mayormente, cuando sus padres, por dejadez o ignorancia, prestan nula atención a tal peligro espiritual.

¿Por qué permitir que nuestros hijos participen de esta maldad, aunque aparentemente sea por solo juego? Nosotros como padres, tenemos la responsabilidad ante Dios de cuidar a nuestros hijos. ¡No permita que sus hijos participen de esa maldad!

La fiesta de Halloween, nada tiene que ver con la sana tradición, sino que es pura iniquidad, y presentando un aspecto más o menos deseable e inocente, oculto una abominación que nunca ponderaremos suficientemente desechar Halloween. 

QUITA TODA DISTRACCION DE TU VIDA

Estamos inmersos en una guerra abierta, y la inmensa mayoría de los creyentes no se aperciben de mucho. Viven ensimismados, en su cotidianidad y sus  quehaceres. No se dan cuenta de que el enemigo planea sobre sus cabezas, proyectando su sombra de muerte lo más negra que se le permita, y sin embargo la Palabra de Dios nos exhorta a “que Satanás no gane ventaja alguna sobre nosotros; pues no ignoramos sus maquinaciones” (II Corintios 2:11). Una de las maquinaciones del diablo es la de llevar al pueblo de Dios a una constate distracción. 

El diablo teme al creyente que ora, intercede, echa fuera demonios, pero se ríe del creyente distraído. Ese tipo de creyente no supone ningún tipo de amenaza para el enemigo de nuestras almas. 

Un ejemplo claro del creyente distraído es el de la iglesia de Laodicea (Ap. 3:14). Los laodicenses andaban más que distraídos en su propia autosuficiencia, en su propio error de pensar que todo lo tenían, y que no necesitaban nada. Vivian inmersos en la trampa de la banalidad, y de la autocomplacencia, esta es una de las principales distracciones.

Hoy en día, el mismo espíritu de Laodicea esta mas que presente en mucho del sector eclesial. El creyente espiritualmente dormido, no es un peligro para el enemigo. Hay muchas maneras de dormir al creyente, una de ellas es diciéndole que prestar atención a las obras del diablo, o hablar sobre el diablo, es darle la gloria al diablo, y que por lo tanto, lo mejor es ausentar de nuestras conversaciones, predicaciones, enseñanzas, etc. Todo lo concerniente a su influencia y labor. El creyente entonces, se aletarga espiritualmente, y deja de luchar, ¿para que luchar, si el diablo ya fue derrotado en la Cruz? Sacando esta última frase bíblica de su contexto, se consigue adormecer al creyente, y mientras tanto, Satanás saca inmensa ventaja para seguir haciendo su obra de destrucción.

Muchos creyentes que son sinceros e inteligentes, pero que piensan que el mundo espiritual tiene poco o ningún impacto sobre ellos. Viven de espaldas a la realidad espiritual, pero ya no podemos pagar más por ese lujo. La realidad se está imponiendo, y el pueblo de Dios de aprender a sacar su espada y aprender a manejarla contra el enemigo espiritual. 

ORIGENES DE HALLOWEN  

Halloween, originalmente fue un festival que celebraban los celtas hacia el año 300 A.C. Ese pueblo, era controlado y dirigido por los llamados druidas, que no eran otra cosa sino satanistas de los de entonces (aun existen los druidas, y están muy activos). Los celtas eran un pueblo del norte de Europa, diseminados por Inglaterra, Irlanda y norte de Francia principalmente. Ese festival aludido, señalaba el principio del invierno. Los druidas adoraban al “dios de la muerte”, es decir, el diablo. Cada 31 de Octubre, esos brujos celebraban la víspera del año nuevo céltico, en honor a ese deidad falsa llamada Samhain. Lo hacían brindándole sacrificios humanos y de animales. El festival de Samhain, llamado “el festival de la muerte”, era celebrado oficialmente y aun hoy es reconocido por todos los satanistas y ocultistas.  

Esos brujos de maldición iban de casa en casa, exigiendo toda clase de alimentos y otras cosas para su consumo y ofrecerlo a su “dios de la muerte”. Si la gente del pueblo no les daba esos alimentos que ellos exigían, estos echaban un hechizo diabólico sobre sus casas, cuyo efecto era la muerte de uno de los miembros de la familia.

Llevaban en ese día consigo un gran nabo hueco y con una cara grabada en la parte frontal, que representaba el espíritu satánico del cual dependían para obtener poderes y conocimientos. El nabo estaba iluminado por una vela dentro de él, que era usado como linterna cuando iban de casa en case por la noche. Cuando esta práctica llego a América, en los siglos XVIII y XIX, los nabos no eran tan abundantes; el vegetal nativo que lo sustituyo fue la calabaza.

HALLOWEEN, LA PRINCIPAL FIESTA SATANISTA DEL AÑO 

Hoy en día, el mismo espíritu de exaltación del mal sigue presente en esa fiesta, por mucho que se pretenda disimular. Al diablo le encanta hacer daño a través de lo aparentemente ingenuo e intrascendente. Un hecho eminentemente comprobado, es que cada 31 de Octubre por la noche, se realizan actos satanistas con sacrificios humanos, sobretodo de bebes, violaciones de niños y adultos, y todo tipo de reuniones relacionadas con la exaltación de mal, donde la sangre corre a raudales. Y con todo ello, una inmensa mayoría de cristianos duermen. 

En vez de ponerse a orar e interceder contra todo esto, muchos incluso participan ingenuamente de ese festival, permitiendo que sus hijos se disfracen de brujas, de esqueletos, de demonios, etc., y jueguen al triste y lamentable “truco o trato”, que no era otra cosa originalmente que maldecir, matar y robar a la familia que no se prestaba a sus exigencias de la manera que vemos a continuación.

Los druidas recorrían casa por casa del vecindario reclamando un niño o una virgen, y entre gritos desgarradores, se consumía el sacrificio. A las víctimas se les arrancaba la cabeza, y esta era clavada en una lanza. Otras eran quemadas vivas en la hoguera.

Si la familia cumplía con la entrega, los druidas dejaban un gran nabo hueco con una vela encendida en su interior, para prevenir que los demonios entraran y mataran esa familia. A eso se le consideraba el “trato”. 

Pero si la familia se negaba, entonces esos brujos sanguinarios marcaban la puerta de la casa, y esa noche Satanás tenía entrada libre para destruir esa familia, es serio el “truco”.

Muchos dirán que eso ya es cosa del pasado, pero se equivocan. Cada vez la fiesta de Halloween tiene más arraigo, más fuerza, y cada vez más se está expandiendo por todas partes, aprovechándose de las escuelas, institutos y centros de enseñanza en general y de sus responsables docentes. 

¿Por qué hay tanto interés en expandir Halloween? Además del consabido negocio que los comerciantes no quieran dejar de conseguir, existe otra razón, mucho más siniestra. Es bien sabido que la noche de Halloween es la más importante del actual calendario satanista. 

Un testimonio de primera mano lo tenemos de boca de una ex satanista, la que fue la más grande de las brujas en el oeste Europeo y las islas Británicas, quien se convirtió a Cristo, Doreen Irving. Ella dijo que si los padres cristianos tuvieran alguna idea de lo que realmente es Halloween, ni siquiera mencionarían esa palabra frente a sus hijos, ya que todo lo que ella conlleva es muerte y miedo.

NO ES FABULA 

Para muchos, Halloween es tan solo una fiesta de disfraces donde los niños salen a las calles en busca de dulces y regalos; la realidad es totalmente diferente. Este es el problema, cuando el cristiano vive de forma ajena, de espaldas al mal, sin combatirlo, sino mas bien conviviendo con el haciéndole un guiño.

Dejemos de estar distraídos y dejemos de dormir. Veamos como de forma efectiva combatir ese mal en términos espirituales, así como todos los demás. No olvidemos que si tenemos lucha contra las tinieblas (Ef. 6:12). 

TENEMOS LUCHA CONTRA LAS TINIEBLAS

La Biblia dice en Santiago 4:7 “Someteos, pues, a Dios; resistid a diablo, y huira de vosotros”. En muchas ocasiones, nos enfrentamos a circunstancias como esta y no sabemos qué hacer. Por tal motivo, podemos dar algunas pautas que pueden ayudarnos a llegar adelante una acción ofensiva en el ámbito espiritual.

Sabemos perfectamente, que a lo largo del mes de Octubre, los satanistas profesan una gran actividad maléfica. Más concretamente, en la noche del 31 de Octubre, todos los satanistas se reúnen a nivel mundial para adorar al diablo, renovar pactos, maldecir a los cristianos, invocar espíritus inmundos, activar demonios, como le llaman, hacer sacrificios humanos, etc. 

Lo que nosotros debemos hacer es: Primeramente “Someternos a Dios”. Esto quiere decir que nosotros le entregamos a Dios el control de nuestras vidas, haciendo Su voluntad y viviendo en santidad. Debemos conocer Su Palabra y estar en comunión con Él.

Segundo: “Resistir al diablo”. Resistir al diablo, no quiere decir que debemos estoicamente soportar todo ataque del diablo con pasividad. No es esa la idea de Dios al hablar de resistir. Por el contrario, resistir, quiere decir deshacer las obras del diablo confrontándolo a él y a todo su ejército en oración e intercesión.

Vivimos en unos días en los cuales no nos podemos permitir el lujo de dormir la siesta espiritual. Hay que estar vigilantes, por que el enemigo se ha levantado como rio. Pero damos gracias, porque cuando el maligno eso hace, el Espíritu de Dios, levanta bandera contra el (Is. 59:19). Tenemos la victoria segura con Jesús. 

Sería muy deseable que en estos días, y más aun desde la víspera hasta el fin del 31 del corriente, nos pusiéramos en oración y ayuno. Debemos orar que Dios tenga misericordia de todos esos niños, jóvenes, vírgenes, hombres y mujeres que son atrapados con la intención de ser torturados y muertos. Esto es horrorosamente real, y no podemos sencillamente ignorarlo. ¡Pongámonos de rodillas ante Dios, e imploremos Su misericordia! ¡Atemos el poder de la sangre derramada! ¡Atemos conforme el Espíritu Santo nos lo vaya revelando, a todos esos demonios y espíritus inmundos que acosan al pueblo de Dios y guían a los hijos del diablo a acometer las atrocidades más grandes para así obtener mayor poder! (Mt. 18:18; Ef. 6:12)

HALLOWEEN IS A PAGAN AND ANTI-CHRISTIAN HOLIDAY

“Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day...” Ephesians 6:13

There is a time of year where we can openly talk about the "evil day". That time of year is undoubtedly Halloween, which is not only one day but a series of weeks.

It is presented to the children and their parents as an innocent and fun holiday, but, it not only hides a past and present great evil, but it is evil even in its presentation (Deuteronomy 18:9-12).

Halloween is a well calculated act of witchcraft, and actually designed to harm mostly children and young people, when their parents, through neglect or ignorance, pay no attention to its spiritual danger.

Why allow our children to participate in this evil, although apparently just for fun? We as parents have a responsibility before God to take care of our children. Do not allow your children to participate in this evil!

Halloween has nothing to do with godly tradition; it is pure evil, presenting a more or less desirable and innocent aspect, while hiding an evil abomination that we can never fully discard Halloween.

REMOVE ALL DISTRACTIONS FROM YOUR LIFE

We are engaged in open warfare, and the vast majority of believers do no perceive as much. They live engrossed in their daily work and chores. They do not realize that satin is planning against them, and is allowed to cast a shadow of black death, and yet the Word of God exhorts us “lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant his devices" (II Corinthians 2:11). One of the devices of the devil is to lead God's people on a constant distraction.

The devil fears the Christian who prays, intercedes, cast out demons, but laughs at a distracted Christian. That kind of Christian does not pose any kind of threat to the enemy of our souls.

A clear example of the distracted believer is the church of Laodicea (Rev. 3:14). The Laodicéans walked more than distracted in his own self-sufficiency, in his own mistake of thinking that they had everything, and they did not need anything. They lived immersed in the trap of banality and complacency, this is a major distraction.

Today, the same spirit of Laodicea is more than present in the church sector. The believer, who is spiritually asleep, is not a threat to the enemy. There are many ways to put the believer to sleep, one is telling him that to pay attention to the works of the devil, or talk about the devil, is to bring glory to the devil, and that therefore it is best to leave any mention of it from our conversations, sermons, teaching, etc. Anything about his influence and work. The believer then, becomes spiritually lethargic, and stop fighting, why fight, if the devil was defeated on the

Cross? Taking this last biblical sentence out of context, he manages to lull the believer to sleep, and meanwhile, Satan takes immense advantage to continue doing his work of destruction.

Many believers who are sincere and intelligent, but they think that the spiritual world has little or no impact on them. They live with their backs to the spiritual reality, but we cannot pay more for that luxury. Reality is catching up, and the people of God must learn to draw their sword and learn to use it against the spiritual enemy.

THE ORIGINS OF HALLOWEEN

Halloween was originally a Celtic festival which was celebrated since the year 300 B.C. The Celtics were controlled and directed by the Druids, who were nothing but Satanists of the time (the Druids even exist today, and are very active). The Celts were a people of northern Europe, scattered throughout England, Ireland and northern France mainly. This festival marked the beginning of winter. The Druids worshiped the "god of death", that is to say, the devil. Every October 31, these witches celebrated the eve of the Celtic new year, in honor of that false deity called Samhain. They did it so by providing him with human and animal sacrifices. The festival of Samhain, called "the festival of death", was officially celebrated and even today is recognized by all Satanists and occultists.

Those cursed witches went from house to house, demanding all kinds of food and other things for consumption and to offer their "god of death". If the villagers did not give these foods they demanded, they would cast a diabolical spell on their homes, the effect of which was the death of one of the family members.

They carried with them on that day a great hollow turnip and a face engraved on the front, representing the satanic spirit of which they depended for power and knowledge. The turnip was lit by a candle inside it, which was used as a lantern when they went from house to house that night. When this practice came to America in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, turnips were not as abundant; the native plant that replaced it was the pumpkin.

HALLOWEEN, THE BIGGEST SATANIST PARTY OF THE YEAR 

Today, the same spirit of exaltation of evil is still present at this event, even though much effort is made to conceal it. The devil loves to cause harm through the seemingly naive and inconsequential. An eminently proven fact is that the night of every October 31, Satanists acts are performed with human sacrifices, especially of babies, violations of children and adults, and all kinds of meetings related to the exaltation of evil, where blood runs in abundance. And with all this, a vast majority of Christians sleep.

Instead of praying and interceding against this, many even participate in this festival naively allowing their children to dress up as witches, skeletons, demons, etc., and play the sad and regrettable "trick or treat" which originally was nothing more than to curse, kill and rob the family that did not lend itself to their needs in the manner in which we will see.

The Druids roamed the neighborhood house to house demanding a child or a virgin, and between piercing screams, the sacrifice was consumed. The victims head was torn off, and this was impaled on a spear. Others were burned alive at the stake.

If the family was able to satisfy the demands, the druids would leave a large hollow turnip with a candle inside, to prevent the demons from come in and kill that family. That was considered the "treat".

But if the family refused, then those bloodthirsty witches marked the door of the house, and that night Satan had free entry to destroy this family, the "trick" was serious.

Many will say that it is a thing of the past, but they are wrong. Every year Halloween has more roots, more strength, and increasingly is spreading everywhere, taking advantage of schools, colleges and educational institutions in general and their educational supervisors.

Why is there so much interest in expanding Halloween? In addition to the usual business that merchants do not want to lose, there is another reason, far more sinister. It is well known that Halloween night is the most important of the current Satanist calendar.

We have a firsthand testimony from a former Satanist, which was one of the very important witches in Western European and the British Isles, who became a Christian, Doreen Irving. She said that if Christian parents had any idea what Halloween really is, they would not even mention that word in front of their children, and all that it entails is death and fear.

IT IS NOT A FABLE

For many, Halloween is just a costume party where children take to the streets in search of candy and gifts, the reality is totally different. This is the problem, when the Christian lives so dethatched from evil, not fighting it, but rather living with it.

Let's stop being distracted and stop sleeping. Let's see how effectively we can combat this evil in spiritual terms, as well as everyone else. Do not forget that we fight against the darkness (Eph. 6:12).

WE ARE FIGHTING AGAINST THE DARKNESS

The Bible says in James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God Resist the devil and he will flee from you." On many occasions, we face circumstances like this and do not know what to do. Therefore, we can give some guidelines that can help us get out of a dangerous situation in the spiritual realm.

We are well aware that throughout the month of October, Satanists profess a great evil activity. More specifically, on the night of October 31, all Satanists worldwide gather to worship the devil, renewing covenants, cursing Christians, invoke evil spirits, release demons, and human sacrifices, etc.

What we must do is: First "Submit to God." This means that we give God control of our lives, doing His will and live in holiness. We must know His Word and fellowship with Him.

Second: "Resist the devil". Resist the devil, does not mean that we should stoically withstand any attack of the devil with passivity. This is not the idea of ​​God when He speaks to resist. By contrast, resist, means undoing the devil's work confronting him and his army in prayer and intercession.

We live in a day where we cannot afford the luxury of spiritual naps. We must be vigilant, because the enemy has risen as a river. But we give thanks, because when the devil does this, the Spirit of God, raises a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). We have the victory secured with Jesus.

I would be very good that on these days, more so since the day before to the end of the current 31, we that we pray and fast. We should pray that God have mercy on all those children, young people, virgins, men and women who are kidnapped with the intention of being tortured and killed. This is horribly real, and we cannot simply ignore it. Let us kneel before God and implore His mercy! Let's bind the power of the shed blood! Let's bind as the Holy Spirit will reveal to us, to all those demons and evil spirits that haunt the people of God and lead the children of the devil to undertake the greatest atrocities in order to get more power! (Mt 18:18, Eph. 6:12)
